API 7K 2" 15000psi High Pressure Mud Hose
This API 7K 2-inch 15000psi high-pressure mud hose (Model LT301C) is a critical flexible component for oilfield cementing manifolds, fully compliant with API Spec 7K standards. It stably conveys water-based mud, oil-based mud and cement slurry under ultra-high pressure, laying a solid foundation for wellbore integrity and subsequent oil production operations.
The inner rubber layer supports three customized material options: abrasion-resistant NR&SBR synthetic rubber, H₂S-corrosion-resistant HNBR special rubber, and ultra-wearproof UPE lining. The reinforcement layer adopts 4–6 layers of high-strength super-flexible steel wire in cross winding structure, which guarantees a rated working pressure of 15000psi and a minimum burst pressure of 33750psi, forming a 2.25x safety margin for harsh working conditions. The outer cover is made of weather-resistant synthetic rubber with ozone aging resistance and flame retardancy, and an optional UPE outer cladding is available for extra wear protection.
It is widely applied in high-pressure cementing, drilling mud circulation and small-displacement fracturing operations, effectively improving cement slurry displacement efficiency and extending the service life of the hose assembly.
