Flexible Concrete Vibrator Hose

 I. Preface

In concrete construction such as modern building engineering, bridge construction, tunnel pouring and precast component production, the compactness of concrete directly determines the structural strength and construction quality. As the core flexible connecting part of the plug-in concrete vibrator, Vibrator Hose plays a key role in transmitting vibration power, adapting to construction angles and ensuring flexible vibration operation. With the core advantages of high flexibility, bending resistance, vibration resistance and wear resistance, it can be connected with various plug-in vibrators and vibrator heads, meeting the concrete vibration needs of narrow spaces and complex structural parts, and becoming an indispensable special matching hose in the field of construction.

II. Product Overview

Vibrator Hose is a flexible transmission component specially designed for plug-in concrete vibrators, mainly used to connect the vibrator host and the vibrator head to transmit high-frequency vibration power. Made of high-elasticity rubber and high-strength reinforcement layer, it features super flexibility, anti-cracking, anti-vibration and cement mortar erosion resistance. It works stably at -30℃~+80℃, with inner diameters of 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 50mm, 57mm and lengths of 1-6m. It is widely used in construction, bridges, tunnels, water conservancy, precast concrete components and other scenarios to improve concrete compactness.

III. Structural Characteristics

Vibrator Hose adopts a three-layer composite reinforced structure:
Inner tube: High-elasticity natural/synthetic rubber, smooth inner wall, resistant to cement mortar erosion and wear.
Reinforcement layer: High-strength canvas braiding + steel wire support, ensuring strength and flexibility, no collapse after repeated bending.
Outer cover: Wear-resistant and aging-resistant rubber, suitable for outdoor construction, anti-collision and anti-friction.

IV. Operating Conditions

It is suitable for concrete vibration in buildings, bridges, tunnels, water conservancy and precast parts. It can flexibly work in narrow spaces, withstand long-term high-frequency vibration, and is widely used in various construction and prefabrication scenarios.
